This machine is a next generation of Super Cycle Exercise Machine Exercise Bike, called Easy Cycle Digital Series. It's a great way to get the health benefits of an exercise bike in a compact cycle. The machine is very versatile, use it anywhere, simply place it on the floor for leg exercises or place it on the table for arm exercises.

Function:
1. Timer: 10min., 20min., 30min.. If the three lights are not on, it will cut automatically the electric current after one hour.
2. On/Off: Press it to turn on, and press it to turn off.
3. Forward/Backward Press it to turn forward, and press it once again to turn backward.
4. Velocity Fast/Slow: The velocity is chosen by RPM. There are 10 levels. The slowest start by 0 rpm, the fast is 60 rpm.
PS: RPM means that it calculates automatically the gravity of out feet. How many gravity we give to the exercise bike, it will calculate automatically the energy must be consume to start it. If the feet are light, the machine will consume less energy; If the feet are heavy, it will consume more energy.
The machine has the function of automatic cut electric current, if the force the machine receives is not stable or more than 20kgs, it will cut automatically the electric current .
Features
There are 3 different level of intensity and 3 position of use ( The benefits and movements described below are preformed in position 1 ).
Level I Beginner - patented automatic paddling motion, let the exerciser drive your movement
This level is simply activated when you turn your exerciser on. The exerciser's paddles move automatically so that the person' s legs and arms can move along with the automatic motion. This level helps improve circulation, improves mobility in the hips, knees and ankles and stretches the muscles of the legs.
Level 2 Intermediate paddling with motion - paddling while the automatic padding motion is on
This level is when you begin to paddle with the patented automatic motion in level I. This level helps enhances the benefits of level I as well as strengthen the muscles of the legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, calves), lower back and abdominal area.
Level 3 Advanced manual paddling - turn off the automatic paddling motion
This is the final level it is for the more advanced. This is the manual level where your exerciser becomes one of those expense cycles at the gym where you paddle against your own resistance. This level as well as enhancing all the benefits of level II, turns your Easy Cycle into a true calories burner and cardiovascular workout. This level also allows you to paddle in reverse.
Directions for Use:
We recommend that beginners start with 2 to 5 minutes per session, twice daily. Gradually over a period of a few weeks increase the duration of each session to a maximum of 30 minutes, twice daily. As you feel more comfortable you can progress to the higher levels of use. Plug the power cord into a 120-volt outlet and place the unit so that the label faces you. Check each spare part you assemble to be sure it's safe before using it. Take exercise to warm your body before you start to avoid any injury. Wear suitable clothes and shoes to take exercise. Do not be barefoot, wear skirt, slippers and sandals when you use the bike.
Position 1 Sitting (please use a strong stable chair)
Make sure the exerciser is a comfortable distance away from your chair (to avoid over extending the knees)
Make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while using the exerciser. We recommend that you use a small pillow under your lower back.
Sit back placing both feet on the pedals.
Turn timer to desired time (remember beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON. To turn machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Position 2 Lying down (if being used on bed make sure Machine is Stable)
Make sure exerciser is a comfortable distance away from you (to avoid extending the knees)
When lying down make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while using exerciser. We recommend that you use a small pillow under your lower back and under your head for support.
Lay back placing both feet on the pedals (you may wish to use support straps).
Place your arms at your sides and turn the timer to the desire time (remember beginners only start ber beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON. To turn the machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF
When the session is finished, you may to continue lying in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Position 3 Sitting position upper body (place Oxycycle on sturdy table)
Make sure the exerciser is a comfortable distance away from your chair (to avoid over extending the hands).
Place your exerciser on a sturdy table and sit on a stable chair so that the exerciser is at the chest level. (loge facing you)
Make sure your feet are shoulder distance a part and firmly positioned on the floor.
Turn the timer to the desired time (remember beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON.
Place hands on pedals and begins your session. To turn the Machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF
When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
