Mini Exercise Bike Short Stroke Fitness Cycle is a custom-designed exercise bike. Mini exercise bike attachment snaps on to the front crossbar of the Resistance Chair to to provide cardio and leg exercise. Each model features an upright row bar with two Resistance Cable™ exercise cables for strength exercises, such as upright rows and lateral pulls. This exercise cycle includes an LCD display and adjusts for resistance level and leg length.

Upright Row Bar: Every Mini-Bike includes an upright row bar that enables you to perform exercises such as rows and lateral pulls. For added stability, you can position your feet on the specially-designed floor plate.
Short-Stroke - Short Stroke has been designed for the people who want movement and blood flow as an exercise, rather than a brisk cardio workout. It's great for someone who wants to ride a mile or so each day and is looking for a cardio system that provides a very short range of motion. The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches.
The Mini exercise bike uses a specially designed belt driven system that allows you to pedal forward or in reverse and experience the same resistance in either direction. It also includes an upright row bar that enables you to use resistance cables for lateral pulls, rows, and other exercises for the upper body. An LCD displays a number of functions, including time, distance, speed, and calories.
Mini Exercise Bike is great for people looking to gain better balance and build strength, or for people recovering from a leg or hip injury who need an exercise system with a short range of motion.
