How can I replace the TravelMate batteries?
The TravelMate is disposable, which means its proprietary battery is NON replaceable. If your battery wears out we will gladly replace the TravelMate free of charge. Please contact Healio Health at info@healiohealth.com to arrange your free replacement of the TravelMate.
How many times can I use the Motion Sickness Band?
It is recommended to start using the motion sickness band 30mn prior to boarding. However, you can start using the TravelMate after your symptoms have started. Please allow 20mn to test the correct placement and efficacy. Note that placing the device incorrectly on your wrist compromises the efficacy - please read the user guide for more details.
How do I clean the TravelMate?
The TravelMate wristband is water resistant; however, do NOT immerse the TravelMate in water to clean it. Clean the electrostatic window with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do NOT rinse the TravelMate body and do not use abrasive cleaners as that would damage the device.
